As PropNex's youngest Associate District Director with a vast team of highly driven realtors, Teddy brings with him an arsenal real estate expertise which leverages new age media platform as well as established proven strategies. Teddy’s expertise and creativity lies in unlocking value through in-depth real estate market knowledge.

Teddy firmly believes in capitalizing on new marketing techniques in social media and establishing a strong digital presence on top of the traditionally passive methods. Teddy leads the Homeseekers team to effectively create active engagements through relevant digital marketing avenues, which he believe yields the greatest result when compared to the conventional passive approach that many in the industry are still practicing.

Being formally trained in the Real Estate Business Management, Teddy has helped over more than 100 satisfied clients in clinching the dreams and securing their asset progression goals. His philosophy as a realtor is value creation from a sincere understanding of unique clients' needs, integrity, and building sterling customer confidence. Co-founder of Homeseekers, Wesley prides himself in providing the best and objective advice as well as analysis for clients. Since becoming a part of PropNex PNG in February 2019, Wesley has helped over 100 families in their property journey and sold over 100 homes.

Wesley graduated with a Diploma in Real Estate Business, and have over the years amassed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in Singapore’s real estate industry to help his clients make the right decisions in navigating the world of property transactions.

A master of real estate digital and social media marketing, his strategies have been integral in making sure that marketed properties receive the optimum exposure through relevant platforms.

Daniel is Homeseekers Head of Business Development and a real-estate expert with a vast range of experience, knowledge, and connection. A trained finance wizard, Daniel graduated with a degree in commerce Double Major in Finance & Marketing, but knew in his heart that he always had a passion for the real estate industry. An agent with stunning records and results, Daniel is honoured in the list of 2021 Propnex’s Millionaire.

What sets Daniel apart is his critical & logical approach for clients in ensuring that the decisions clients make are well thought through, informed and not impulse decisions. Above all, Daniel values uncompromising honesty and integrity towards all his clients - which involves telling clients hard truths and realistic market expectations.
